Welcome to YNFCON 2027. By registering for this conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration

Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment.
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
The registration is non-transferable unless approved by the organizing committee.

Event Participation

Participants are expected to follow the conference schedule and maintain professional conduct.
The organizing committee reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant for inappropriate behavior.

Intellectual Property

All conference materials, presentations, and content are the property of YNFCON 2027 and respective speakers. Recording, or distribution without prior permission is prohibited.

Payments

The organizers are not responsible for transaction failures due to technical or banking issues.

Liability

The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the conference.

Changes & Modifications

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, speakers, or venue if required. Any updates will be communicated through official channels.

Payment Terms & Conditions – YNFCON 2027

Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment and verification.
In case of failed or pending transactions, the amount (if deducted) will be refunded as per the bank or payment gateway policies.
The organizing committee is not responsible for transaction failures due to network issues, bank delays, or payment gateway errors.
Confirmation receipts and emails may take a few minutes to be delivered after successful payment.

All authorized payment transactions comply with RBI guidelines for secure online payments.

Refund & Cancellation Policy – YNFCON 2027

*On or before 31st March 2027 – 100% refund.
*1st April 2026 to 30th April 2027 – 50% refund.
*1st May 2026 to 31st May 2027 – 25% refund.
*After 31st May 2027 – No refund will be issued.

Note: All percentages exclude GST and handling charges. Refunds processed after the conference.

*In case of a No Show, no refund will be provided, and no conference certificate will be issued.
*The GST paid at the time of registration is non-refundable.
*All receipts are auto-generated and cannot be modified.
