Cancellation & Refund Policy – YNFCON 2027

Cancellations will be subject to a handling charge and applicable GST. All refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference.

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat on or before 31st May 2027. No refund requests will be entertained after this date.

Refunds will not be issued for any events or services included in YNFCON 2027 that are not utilized at the participant's discretion.

Refund Structure for Registration & Accommodation :
  • On or before 31st March 2027 – 100% refund (excluding GST and handling charges)
  • 1st April 2026 to 30th April 2027 – 50% refund (excluding GST and handling charges)
  • 1st May 2026 to 31st May 2027 – 25% refund (excluding GST and handling charges)
  • After 31st May 2027 – No refund will be issued

In case of a No Show, no refund will be provided, and no conference certificate will be issued.

Important Note :
  • The GST paid at the time of registration is non-refundable, as it is remitted to the Government as per statutory regulations.
  • All receipts are auto-generated and cannot be modified.
